The café environment is very good.

The job description is different from what was actually stated. They advertised 8-hour workdays, saying overtime would be arranged as needed, but they would claim that this was part of group life and force you to work overtime—classic workplace PUA. In reality, it would become roughly 12-hour workdays, so the advertised two days off per week was not true, and you might rarely get both Saturday and Sunday off.
