Strong R&D capabilities
No culture of working overtime; the company benefits are good
A company where, if you're truly willing, it's relatively easier to stand out
R&D requires knowing a lot of things
But if your abilities are good, promotion is relatively fast too?!
The company benefits are good. It also provides organic vegetarian food and seafood for employees to purchase. For company trips, employees can choose to organize and depart in groups domestically or internationally, with generous travel subsidies!
The DMSD department is the least recommended.
They found fault with and drove away all the PMs, so they had no choice but to assign the PMs’ work to the R&D staff. The R&D staff are already nearly overwhelmed with their regular workload, yet they also have to take on tasks that originally belonged to the PMs!
The vice president of this department will never be satisfied with the capabilities of the employees under them. They only keep increasing the workload and expect everyone to know how to do everything, while refusing to offer better pay!
Without this vice president, it would be a very good company where work and family life could be balanced!
Small headcount, making it easier to stand out.
Family business (at least the boss’s wife and children are part of the team)

DMSD department
PJM
The person serving as the department’s vice president here has capabilities roughly equivalent to those of a manager at a major systems company, but adopts a rather domineering management style. Several male PJMs from major companies have been hired, but all were criticized and eventually left.
The PjMs below are primarily women, and most are not up to professional standards.
The customers are mainly small clients.
R&D capabilities are weak (there is little in-house design); the main focus is on taking projects designed by OEM customers and helping purchase components to assemble finished products.
