Read the community guidelinesSuitable for people with very high EQ.
Not recommended to join the headquarters’ marketing department. It is internally chaotic and lacks direction, policies are constantly being revised, and dealing with senior management is an opportunity to develop your EQ and learn how not to get angry.
If you are confident that you can deliver across multiple projects amid constantly changing policies, and can produce results through intuition when there is no central external communications direction, then you may consider it.
There are many miscellaneous tasks requiring various kinds of support. You are the only person with your expertise, so you must handle everything yourself.

The store manager was very inexperienced. When speaking, they never got to the point and just chatted, and they stuttered. They even asked me whether I was very nervous.
They also required me to take an intelligence test, but it was almost closing time, so they told me to just write something down and fill in the answers.
What is the point of this? I don't understand.
The original poster may have such low intelligence that they completely fail to understand an intelligence test with only answer choices and no question prompts.
You must agree to and sign the company’s cultural code:
If something goes wrong with a means of transportation, it can cost lives; people without a sense of responsibility should not work in this industry.
Therefore, if you lack a sense of responsibility, you should not work in this industry. You can work in another industry instead.
For example, the clothing industry: if the quality is poor, at worst the product can be returned. However, if a poor-quality company vehicle causes an accident, the resulting injuries and deaths cannot be remedied.
Before the interview, you must complete two personality tests and a 60-question intelligence test (completing them takes a total of 1.5–2 hours), and you also have to read the company’s promotional articles.
Can't think of any.
They asked someone to come in for an interview, and the interviewer was still late. Being late was bad enough, but they were also chatting with someone else. Is wasting other people's time really that enjoyable?
The entire interview was completely unfocused. I really didn't expect the manager of a store belonging to such a large company to be so inexperienced. No wonder the cars aren't selling well.
