They asked someone to come in for an interview, and the interviewer was still late. Being late was bad enough, but they were also chatting with someone else. Is wasting other people's time really that enjoyable?

The entire interview was completely unfocused. I really didn't expect the manager of a store belonging to such a large company to be so inexperienced. No wonder the cars aren't selling well.
