This company's HR seems to have serious issues. They proactively sent an interview invitation, but then never followed up with any details about the interview time.
Also, this company's job postings on 104 are almost always open. It feels like they are perpetually hiring, or perhaps they are not actually hiring at all and the HR is just trying to meet performance targets.
If you receive an interview invitation from this company, think twice before going!!!
Interview process:
HR first sends an electronic form by email. After filling in the basic information, you return it. During the interview, you first sign with a brush pen and then are taken to a small meeting room, where two HR representatives conduct the interview. They ask about your previous work experience. Afterwards, a supervisor conducts the interview, mainly introducing the job responsibilities and company benefits. The overall atmosphere is very good. After that, you take an aptitude assessment consisting of two computer-assisted tests and one voice assessment (you need to read from a script).
Suggestion: The process takes about 2.5–3 hours. It is basically based on your résumé and your own questions, so just answer honestly. The entire interview is conducted in Chinese. They would like you to provide a reference; even if you have no work experience, they would still like you to provide contact information for a teacher who can serve as a reference.

The benefits are exaggerated beyond belief.
In fact, they weren’t hiring at all, yet I still went through a three-hour interview. Afterwards, I got a call from HR saying that they were no longer filling the position. Absolutely ridiculous.
