2. The company has an open forum mechanism. Any dissatisfaction can be raised directly with senior management during regular company dinners. It is commendable that senior management is willing to discuss issues face-to-face with frontline employees and respond to their suggestions.
3. The vending machines at the plant have incredibly reasonable prices.
4. There are many employee benefits. The company understands the hazards of the chemical industry and demonstrates sincerity by doing its best to take care of employees’ health, including through protective equipment and nutritional supplement benefits.
1. This is a traditional chemical manufacturing company, and all the raw materials are hazardous. Although the company provides a complete set of protective equipment, employees’ health may still inevitably be affected.
2. To put it bluntly, you are trading your life for money. However, the company is already doing its best to take care of employees through salaries and benefits that are higher than the prevailing levels in northern Taiwan.
3. Some plant equipment needs to be repaired and upgraded.

Summary: The pay is fairly good, but the long working hours can easily lead to overwork. Not wearing a mask in the on-site environment is harmful to your health, and basically, it is difficult to wear one in summer. I would only recommend this job to people who are really short on money; it is not a job you can comfortably do until retirement.
1. The company is small, so if you perform well, it’s easy to be promoted to team leader or even section manager.
2. The starting salary is relatively high compared with what is generally offered.
1. Production assistant engineer = senior operator.
2. The on-site working environment can only be described as poor.
3. Almost all of the section managers have been replaced recently; those who performed well have been promoted.
