4. Low difficulty and easy to become familiar with the work
5. On-site workers can often work overtime, with pay in accordance with the Labor Standards Act

1. Dirty and disorderly work environment, strong chemical odors, and acidic products
2. Dusty working environment; respiratory and skin allergies are common
2. Insufficient on-site staffing, with frequent overtime, rotating shifts, and long working hours
3. Aging machinery and the impact of acidic raw materials; breakdowns are frequent during long hours of operation
4. Low degree of production-line automation; one person often has to oversee many production processes
5. High product defect rates frequently lead to rework, increasing the burden on employees
6. Very limited opportunities to learn new things unless regularly rotated to other departments
Summary: The pay is fairly good, but the long working hours can easily lead to overwork. Not wearing a mask in the on-site environment is harmful to your health, and basically, it is difficult to wear one in summer. I would only recommend this job to people who are really short on money; it is not a job you can comfortably do until retirement.
