Read the community guidelinesAfter applying for the position through LinkedIn, the overseas HR team conducted a phone screening. They asked further questions based on my résumé, focusing on the duration of each job and any gaps between positions.
Unfortunately, I happened to encounter a rather incompetent HR representative. The messages were later forwarded to the HR team in Taiwan, but the only follow-up I received was that it was being processed. After that, there was no further communication, and the entire hiring process ended for no apparent reason. It was very disrespectful to the interviewee.
