Read the community guidelinesThe interviewer had a good attitude.
The company has downsized its staff, there is no overtime pay under the responsibility-based system, and no year-end bonus has been paid for three years. This company withholds employees’ pay, sometimes for nearly three months at a time. Everyone, please be careful.
