Pros
The interviewer had a good attitude.
Cons
The company has downsized its staff, there is no overtime pay under the responsibility-based system, and no year-end bonus has been paid for three years. As soon as I walked in for the interview, I could feel that the place was lifeless. I’m very grateful to the anonymous poster of the previous post for providing this information.
