There are three holiday bonuses and two months’ salary. Birthday cash bonus. Employee trips. Lunch provided.
The probationary-period salary is set at 26K; after three months, a raise depends on performance. After the interview, they also require you to submit your TOEIC score (if a high TOEIC score is required, what kind of salary is this company offering?). You have to sign unreasonable contracts, for example:
1. If the company is not operating well, you must unconditionally use annual leave to take unpaid leave.
2. If you work for fewer than 7 days, no salary will be paid.
3. After working for more than 14 days, NT$150 will be deducted from your salary as a welfare fee.
4. After completing 7 days of work, a uniform will be provided, but if you subsequently fail to complete one year of employment, you must reimburse the company for the full cost of the uniform.
