Interview for an overseas sales position
- You have to take an English written test and an English listening test. The listening test includes English-to-Chinese translation, so HR will ask interviewees in advance which input method they use. There are quite a few questions.
- HR will ask the interviewee to speak a passage in English, but HR's English is not very good, so they cannot accurately assess the interviewee's actual proficiency.
-There is relatively little room to negotiate the salary, so don't expect to negotiate it much higher. The first round is with HR only.
The facilities and work environment are good, working hours are very punctual, colleagues are all nice, and the employee welfare committee provides benefits.
The boss is a typical businessman, so the company is very sales-oriented and does not have much in the way of core values or principles.
Whatever the boss says is right, and whatever he says is wrong is wrong—there is no point trying to discuss anything with him.
The business model is mainly based on buying low and selling high, so the difficulty level is not particularly high.
