Zhuangzhuang in Annan District: 1. The night-shift team leader is extremely rude and has no standards. During work hours, they chew betel nut and smoke at the same time, and even drink alcohol until they smell strongly of it. They are emotional, do not clarify the situation, shout and curse at people indiscriminately, and act as if they are the boss, making it impossible for people to stay. 2. At the end of February 2019, there were four consecutive days off. Under the Labor Standards Act, the resignation date could be written as March 3, 2019. However, the personnel department of this company violated the regulations and only allowed employees to set their resignation date as the end of February, undercounting March 1–3 and withholding three days’ pay. Cheating employees out of their wages is truly disgraceful. 3. Payday is the 10th. When I hoped that the underpaid amount would be transferred back promptly, the Zhuangzhuang plant affairs department actually replied that the company could not transfer the money early just because I was short of cash. It is really laughable: the company wrongly deducted employees’ money and did not return it promptly—so who actually owes the employees money, and who is short of cash? The plant affairs staff who make sarcastic remarks cannot even understand the situation. This company’s financial matters are unclear. Some brainless companies hire incapable trash managers who only damage the company’s reputation and undermine harmony between employees and the company.
None at all~
The company Zhuo Zhuang in Tainan City—honestly, this is the first time in my life I’ve encountered such an awful company. Salaries are supposed to be paid on the 10th, but they are often delayed by several days. Once, payment was delayed until the 19th. Allowances are also paid several days later. One time, many people were inexplicably charged a NT$15 salary-transfer fee when their salaries were paid, and the company still tried to argue with employees over such a small amount. After working for several months, the year-end bonus was only NT$500.....and many people received only NT$500. The company never provides toilet paper for employees, so we have to bring our own. We also have to provide our own masks. Night-shift employees must pay the full cost of their own health examinations. Most outrageous of all, employees working the evening and night shifts are not given time to eat or rest, nor are they given a meal allowance. Once you clock in, you work straight through until the end of your shift, with absolutely no time to rest or eat. So you can only eat your fill before work and then start your shift. Everything stated above is completely true. I have never encountered such an awful company.
