Pros

Strict access control, and a beautiful building.

Cons

The facade is polished and impressive, but the management style is really more like that of a small or medium-sized traditional manufacturing company. The compensation is still considered poor among department stores, so capable people should think carefully before joining.

Pros

1. The company environment is very comfortable, and the overall rating is very high.

2. Working hours are flexible, with few restrictions; as long as the work gets done, that's all that matters.

Cons

1. For a traditional industry company, the salary is extremely low, and opportunities for salary increases are slim.

2. There is a serious lack of communication among the supervisors. I don't know how they managed to reach their positions.

3. Although it appears to be a large corporation, it is actually run like a small company.

The two characters “忠泰” (Zhongtai) are considered quite well-known in Taiwan....?

Cons

(1) The penalty for being late is extremely exploitative: NT$5 is deducted per minute. They do not collect it openly, but only dare to force employees to pay cash under the table—clearly knowing they are in the wrong and seriously violating the Labor Standards Act.....

“Under the Labor Standards Act, the only option is not to pay wages for the time missed; wages can never be deducted.”

Reverse calculation: NT$5 deducted per minute

Based on the legal proportion:

Hourly wage = 5 × 60 = NT$300

Daily wage = 300 × 8 = NT$2,400

Monthly wage = 2,400 × 30 days = NT$72,000

Everyone, your monthly salary would have to be NT$72,000 for them to deduct wages this way!!! Is that possible.......

(2) They have never paid overtime. When employees work overtime on weekdays or holidays due to the company’s needs, they are not paid overtime. Even when working on national holidays, they do not provide the “double pay” required by the Labor Standards Act, nor do they provide compensatory leave. They arbitrarily change schedules, and lateness is still calculated as usual.... It is extremely exploitative.... The salary was already low to begin with.....

(3) Salaries are generally low, and there are no salary increases........ Those with good abilities are advised to look for opportunities elsewhere.....

Pros

As long as you obediently do as you're told, you can receive a steady paycheck even if you can't do anything.

Cons

The managers can always cover up anything and think of every possible way to exploit people whose backgrounds are worse than theirs.

What matters here is your background—the boss's relatives, trusted associates, classmates.......

If you want to work here, you first have to learn to figure out who has what kind of connections!!

The managers only want to curry favor with the boss. Sigh.....this really is a terrifying company!

Does being part of a well-known corporate group count?

Cons

1. During the interview, they judge your appearance and call you a geek.

2. You have to ask repeatedly before they are willing to disclose the overtime situation and salary.

3. When discussing salary, they use your experience to push the salary down.

4. You have to take turns working on Saturdays and Sundays, and you are expected to work overtime almost every day. They openly tell you that overtime will not be paid (weekend shifts are unpaid as well).

5. You clock in when you start work, but finishing work is based on personal responsibility.
