The two characters “忠泰” (Zhongtai) are considered quite well-known in Taiwan....?
(1) The penalty for being late is extremely exploitative: NT$5 is deducted per minute. They do not collect it openly, but only dare to force employees to pay cash under the table—clearly knowing they are in the wrong and seriously violating the Labor Standards Act.....
“Under the Labor Standards Act, the only option is not to pay wages for the time missed; wages can never be deducted.”
Reverse calculation: NT$5 deducted per minute
Based on the legal proportion:
Hourly wage = 5 × 60 = NT$300
Daily wage = 300 × 8 = NT$2,400
Monthly wage = 2,400 × 30 days = NT$72,000
Everyone, your monthly salary would have to be NT$72,000 for them to deduct wages this way!!! Is that possible.......
(2) They have never paid overtime. When employees work overtime on weekdays or holidays due to the company’s needs, they are not paid overtime. Even when working on national holidays, they do not provide the “double pay” required by the Labor Standards Act, nor do they provide compensatory leave. They arbitrarily change schedules, and lateness is still calculated as usual.... It is extremely exploitative.... The salary was already low to begin with.....
(3) Salaries are generally low, and there are no salary increases........ Those with good abilities are advised to look for opportunities elsewhere.....
