They were the ones who proactively reached out by email
but were extremely disrespectful. After only a brief interview, HR said that my personality probably wouldn't get along with the manager.
They kept asking questions, only later saying that they were looking for someone with firmware-related experience.

Terrible
Sales staff: a poor person was laid off without warning after working for only one month.
The clueless managers who have never worked in sales, and the boss who keeps asking during all-day training sessions whether class is over yet.
Salespeople are required to go to the Repair and Maintenance Department + Manufacturing Department to learn technical skills? And it takes six months to a year before they can graduate and start looking for clients?
The boss repeatedly emphasized that they wanted to cultivate “salespeople who can help clients solve problems.” Then what do we need customer service for? What a joke!
The key point is that even after completing training in the Repair and Maintenance Department, salespeople still aren’t allowed to have sales performance targets for another six months to a year. They claim it’s because they’re worried the salespeople will be under too much pressure?
Yet after only one month of having sales targets, I was randomly laid off and told goodbye~ Then, when I asked my supervisor about the reason afterward, I was blocked. What a joke.

The company is located in a very remote area and has no sign. The interview consists of three rounds. In the first round, HR spoke in a very conceited manner, but they reviewed the résumé quite carefully and asked very detailed questions (such as what I was doing during the gaps between my previous jobs). The second round was a test, which I remember included English, intelligence, logic, and SWOT analysis tests. I did not make it to the third round, so I do not know what it involved. After I finished the tests and waited for an hour, HR came to tell me that I had insufficient intelligence (I don't understand how a score of 130 could be considered insufficient intelligence). So, thank you for rescuing today's interview. I interviewed from 1 p.m. until I left the company at 5 p.m.; four hours were spent waiting. Those who plan to interview there, take care.
