Pros

The benefits are acceptable, and the salary is average.

Cons

The manager of a certain department is neither professional nor capable of managing. Most of the senior employees are waiting for retirement, work inefficiently, and are unable to exercise proper control, causing project costs to increase. The company could actually make money, but due to poor management capabilities, it suffers substantial losses in this area…

Both starting and ending times are governed by a responsibility-based system, resulting in working from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. When running errands for the company, you also have to pay the expenses yourself and can only submit them for reimbursement after accumulating them for a month—an average of around 3,000 per month, excluding business-trip applications. All I can say is, you have to use your salary to cover the company’s debts…

Pros

The benefits are fairly good, and everyone gets along well. It's a relatively stable job.

Cons

The company has an open-plan workspace, so you need to keep your voice down when talking on the phone.

Pros

The benefits are okay, and there are flexible start and end times.

Cons

The salary is on the low side, and raises are small. The job covers a wide range of responsibilities, and the work you end up doing may differ from the position you originally applied for.

Project timelines are often cut to make room for taking on more projects. Supervisors frequently require overtime to make up for the shortened timelines, and employees who work too few overtime hours will be questioned.

Pros

In recent years, the company's benefits have been getting better. For example, if quarterly performance targets are met, a quarterly bonus is issued, and the benefits for the three major holidays have also improved.

When good suggestions for the company are put forward, managers are increasingly willing to listen and make improvements, which has also enhanced the company's image.

The salary and benefits for new employees are about the same as those offered by other companies in the industry (although education and experience are still taken into consideration, of course).

The internal staff are all quite easygoing. Working hours are flexible, and the company's policies comply with the Labor Standards Act.

It would be a stable job.

Cons

The company is located in the basement, so the air quality may sometimes be less than ideal.

You can't keep snacks in the drawers, or the mice will eat them...

Pros

Flexible working hours

Cons

There is a lot of work, and it is complicated, but the pay is low.

People at the top sometimes have strange ideas, leaving those below scrambling to deal with the consequences.

There is insufficient staffing, so everyone has to handle multiple projects.

Tasks are often interrupted halfway through to take on other assignments, which affects work efficiency.

The office is open-plan, making it convenient to discuss matters.

However, when you need to concentrate on your work, the surrounding phone calls and conversations make it difficult to focus.

Pros

The people at the top have old-fashioned ideas and only talk without taking action. They do not properly plan the projects they claim to value; they only say that they consider them important.

Even though they know there is a shortage of staff, they keep imposing tight deadlines. The additional staff they bring in are not people who can help the company relieve the schedule pressure; they only increase the workload for those doing the actual work.

For people who do not know how to do anything, it can be considered a good place to gain experience.

Overtime depends on the project, but it has now become routine (four months, and the overtime will continue).

The salary is somewhat on the low side.
