Read the community guidelinesThe colleagues at the time were very nice, but they have all left the company.
1. The boss keeps changing their mind and often reverses decisions, making it very difficult to get things done.
A single draft would be revised at least ten or twenty times. It would originally be agreed to be changed to A, then the next day changed to B, and the day after that changed to C.
2. The company has a high employee turnover rate; staying for a year already makes you a veteran.
The salary is very good, and the boss is very generous.
If you hope to join a normal company,
Kikunoya is definitely not suitable for you.
There are absolutely no rules.
The boss doesn't know how to manage.
They have many ideals simply because they have deep pockets.
The area manager and accountant are in cahoots and hold the power.
As long as you offend them,
you will definitely be done for.
The company has no structure or systems at all; even the year-end bonus distribution involves deception. I really can't recommend it.
