Pros
The colleagues at the time were very nice, but they have all left the company.
Cons
1. The boss keeps changing their mind and often reverses decisions, making it very difficult to get things done.
A single draft would be revised at least ten or twenty times. It would originally be agreed to be changed to A, then the next day changed to B, and the day after that changed to C.
2. The company has a high employee turnover rate; staying for a year already makes you a veteran.
