In reality, there is severe internal infighting, a widespread culture of shifting blame, extreme disrespect toward employees, and the benefits are not very good either. Employee turnover is high.
There are three bonuses and a year-end bonus.
1. The internal organizational atmosphere is poor, and there are instances of workplace bullying.
2. Overall, employees are not treated with sufficient respect, and the benefits package is not competitive.
3. Employee turnover is high, and stability is relatively low.
4. Some positions have extremely poor job content. The roles are presented attractively during interviews, but the actual work differs significantly.
