Very good at winning contracts; they can even take over contracts that other companies already have
1. During meals, employees are required to stay in the meeting room, and the atmosphere is often very awkward.
2. The boss, Chen Benwei, has an arrogant personality and likes to do strange things, such as making strange noises while eating lunch.
Although he clearly knows that everyone is taking a lunch break and does not allow others to make noise, he himself plays things on his computer at full volume and deliberately puts his feet on the table to show off.
When someone calls the outside line, he talks to the person and then hangs up by slamming down the phone. He himself likes to throw things and often throws things at work, affecting his colleagues’ ability to concentrate.
He hates the Democratic Progressive Party and will ask everyone to vote for the New Party or the Kuomintang. He invokes the greater good to oppose the Democratic Progressive Party. Some activities require people to sign joint petitions, and those who do not sign will be remembered.
He himself smells very bad.
3. The company’s dog barks at and bites new employees, and has also bitten foreign customers. People who are afraid of dogs should take note.
4. The salary and benefits are not as good as outside rumors claim.
Other shortcomings found at large companies, such as other departments insisting on helping or small cliques, are also present.
5. Personal calls are not allowed during work, and the internal environment is highly authoritarian.
6. The boss rules autocratically. Even when he says things that are wrong or meaningless, the managers do not dare correct him; they do not even dare correct inflexible matters such as incorrect materials.
Simply put, the boss has serious character issues.
I interviewed with this company, and overall the conversation was quite pleasant.
I received a response very quickly.
1. Salary was not discussed during the interview.
2. What left the deepest impression on me was that I remember the interviewer telling me that the owner could not accept female employees becoming pregnant while unmarried, and that if this was discovered, the employee would be asked to resign immediately.
This not only violates the Labor Standards Act, but also made me, as a woman, feel disrespected.
