Pros

1. HR habitually explains everything clearly in one go, and speaks with great authority. Most importantly, she is beautiful.

2. HR and the manager speak directly and plainly, without beating around the bush.

3. The company is clean and luxurious, with Apple monitors.

4. There are cleaning staff who keep things tidy.

5. During the interview, to test the candidate’s abilities, they provide past materials for the applicant to review. Then, the manager’s first question in the interview is whether there is anything in those materials that the applicant would like to ask about.

6. Every employee is an elite.

7. Applicants are encouraged to ask questions.

Cons

1. At first glance, the boss seems like the type who keeps a close eye on people. The office layout conveniently allows them to monitor employees’ every move.

2. The employees are too young, which makes the turnover rate seem high.

3. There is a small desk lamp at everyone’s workstation, making me suspect that people often work overtime and that this is why they are provided.

4. It feels like there is quite a lot of pressure~

Cons

The company’s systems are problematic across the board. During the interview, there is a form where you can enter your desired salary, but even if you fill it in, HR will use correction fluid to cover it up, and in the end, the offer is still based on the salary they set.

Although the company has only one office, it operates under two or three different company names, with employees assigned to them separately.

Although managers at various levels all claim that they are a large company, they are actually a small, privately held company that is neither publicly listed nor OTC-listed. To cut costs, they use pirated software or ask employees to perform tasks outside their job duties. They put it nicely by saying that employees should learn about the work of other departments, but in reality, they simply do not want to spend more money hiring interns to handle miscellaneous tasks.

They also ask employees to fabricate the company’s post-employment training courses in order to apply for government subsidies. In reality, these courses do not exist.

Pros

Position: Sales and Administrative Assistant

Before the interview, there will be an Excel test (filters, designated functions, formulas, etc.), to be completed within one hour. After completing the test, the interview will take place, including a self-introduction. The job involves liaising with the factory, printing material lists, and applying packaging labels. Patience and attention to detail are required.

Cons

The work is relatively routine and boring.

Pros

The office is beautiful, and the workstations are spacious.

Cons

There is an 87% chance of working overtime, and you become highly experienced in just six months. The company has many rules; unless there is a special reason, leaving the office during working hours is prohibited (you can’t even go out to buy a cup of coffee).
