Read the community guidelinesWhen notifying me by phone about the interview, they said there was an open position, and they confirmed the interview time very quickly, showing that they were very proactive.
There were no particularly difficult questions during the interview, and they clearly stated that only the supervisor would discuss the salary by phone later. The interviewer at the time could not provide any information—not even a rough salary range—and only said that they would contact me again to discuss the salary.
They said they would notify me again or discuss the salary (within a week or in a few days),
But after a week, they still did not call back, leaving the job applicant waiting. They did not even send a rejection notification (including an “almost selected” notice).
It felt as though they treated job applicants as opportunities to train interviewers.
During the interview, the receptionist will pour a glass of water for the job applicant to drink.
The interview process makes people feel extremely uncomfortable. They question what the job applicant says, making you not want to work there….
The other colleagues are generally nice. Flexible working hours. Free snacks.
If you are interviewing for the Taipei office, please be careful. There is an administrative assistant who really likes bullying new colleagues. If you simply ask her about something work-related, she will lecture you for ages and keep making intimidating remarks, saying that she has worked at the company for more than twenty years and is not someone to be trifled with. She then keeps nitpicking your wording and saying that your attitude is bad. Even if you apologize, she will not forgive you, and she will make things difficult for you in all kinds of ways at work. However, she acts completely differently in front of senior managers, making it difficult for them to notice the workplace bullying. I recommend that only people with strong psychological resilience or those who do not mind having their dignity trampled on consider this company.
