When notifying me by phone about the interview, they said there was an open position, and they confirmed the interview time very quickly, showing that they were very proactive.

There were no particularly difficult questions during the interview, and they clearly stated that only the supervisor would discuss the salary by phone later. The interviewer at the time could not provide any information—not even a rough salary range—and only said that they would contact me again to discuss the salary.

They said they would notify me again or discuss the salary (within a week or in a few days),

But after a week, they still did not call back, leaving the job applicant waiting. They did not even send a rejection notification (including an “almost selected” notice).

It felt as though they treated job applicants as opportunities to train interviewers.
