The administrative positions here are treated with absolutely no respect.
Only the nurses tend to be treated with more respect,
but their attitudes are all unbelievably bad.
I sincerely advise against working here.
Work starts at 8:00, but they require you to arrive at the company at 7:50 for a collective motivational chant (so damn stupid).
If you don't show up, your supervisor will even call you in for a talk. Fuck.

I initially applied for the medical records specialist position, but on the day of the interview, they called to say that they thought I was better suited for a front-desk position.
When I told HR that this was not what I had expected, they asked me to discuss it with the department manager and see if something could be worked out.
However, when I went to the interview, the manager said that the HR position was no longer available. (Then why did you post the opening in the first place???!!)
They asked whether I wanted to work in the front-desk position, and said that hospital administrative staff are expected to rotate continuously—from the front desk to another front-desk role that does not require night shifts, or to other departments that require overtime.
I was absolutely dumbfounded.
Free medical care for employees
1. Arrogant head of the nursing department at the branch hospital—verbally abusive, speaks without thinking, cutting, poor emotional intelligence, and always wears a sour expression
2. Head nurse—orders can change overnight, takes no responsibility for what they say, and has poor coordination and management skills
3. Nurses—poor quality, mistreat patients, randomly berate colleagues/patients, like forming cliques, and are exceptionally good at excluding others
4. Wards—filthy and disorderly, with spider webs visible everywhere
5. Bonuses and year-end bonus—dismal
I honestly think it’s ridiculous for a hospital to offer a year-end bonus + three holiday bonuses + performance bonuses totaling no more than 8,000.
Although I basically don’t even receive half of that.
