Great place to read and learn, and to hone your skills, but there’s no salary.
A place to hone your skills without being paid or receiving your wages.
。You aren't micromanaged at work, and there is a high degree of freedom
。Everyone has their own special skills, making it suitable for beginners to build up their skills
。Wages have gone unpaid several times
。They promised to make changes, but no changes were seen; it was all just talk
Flexible hours, a good opportunity to practice and gain some work experience
The company’s self-developed products have a future
Some comments from the previous review were lost due to a website issue, so I’m reposting and updating them here.
1. As of today, salaries have been overdue four times in total, including all payment requests from 2017/01/01 to the present.
Currently, one month of salary remains unpaid; the longest period of overdue payment is two months.
Some former employees have still not received their salaries.
To avoid scaring off new employees, the company is currently concealing the situation and paying new employees in full.
2. The promotion system proposed at the annual meeting has made no progress at all—once again, ideas are 100% and implementation is 0%.
3. Poor credibility
1. Flexible working hours, with less micromanagement, so it feels relatively free
2. Good relationships among colleagues
3. A good place for newcomers to gain experience
1. Salaries have been paid late multiple times
2. The boss has a poor sense of time and low credibility, and often fails to follow through on what they say
3. The policies are unclear. In many cases, salaries are only increased when someone submits their resignation. This year, it was promised that a new system would be introduced to reward or penalize everyone according to their contributions, supposedly starting in February, but so far there has been no sign of it
