I interviewed for a graphic designer position, but the actual job was completely different from what was written in the posting.
In short, they were looking for an assistant to do the designer’s miscellaneous errands.
During the interview, they directly said that the main duties were clerical work, preparing files for printing, and contacting vendors—you wouldn’t be designing anything.
The female designer and the male HR manager both had very arrogant attitudes.
The only exception was the female HR assistant, who was pleasant.
But it felt like she had just found someone at random to deal with the manager.
Overall, I had a very bad impression after the interview.

The boss sells health supplements himself yet says he doesn’t know whether taking them is actually useful. The boss’s older sister is also very sharp-tongued; if she takes a dislike to you, she will keep pressuring you to take exams, and even if you pass, she will still mock and sneer at you.
You work regular hours, and it is well suited for those nearing retirement.
New employees have to attend classes and take exams constantly.
It is a family business that has continuously been looking for people on 104; on average, one person is replaced every three months.
No one teaches new employees anything—they have to figure everything out on their own. The boss’s wife scolds people and does not really respect employees, while the boss has a very high opinion of himself and does not respect employees. Saying one thing and doing another is the most accurate description.
Leaving work on time
New employees have classes and exams every day, continuously.
It is a family business and has been continuously recruiting on 104.
The company atmosphere feels strange. The boss's wife scolds people and does not really respect employees. Some employees leave after working for only a few days because they cannot adapt to the environment.
