Leaving work on time
Cons
New employees have classes and exams every day, continuously.
It is a family business and has been continuously recruiting on 104.
The company atmosphere feels strange. The boss's wife scolds people and does not really respect employees. Some employees leave after working for only a few days because they cannot adapt to the environment.
