The internal culture is highly servile.

The boss has a very bad temper and often takes it out on employees, flying into hysterical rages for no reason and hurling every kind of offensive profanity imaginable (in English), including various personal attacks unrelated to work. The company has many unreasonable practices and an autocratic, tyrannical culture.

They previously shared that there would be an English interview... but in the end, there wasn't.

I searched online and found that the parent company is supposedly a large multinational corporation.

But the interviewer said it wasn't, only that the boss is an assimilated foreigner... so English is required.

They said they obtained certification last year, but the company's condition looks nothing like a company with ISO certification.

The HR person, F, is very unprofessional and irresponsible, for example when handling recruitment, employee benefits, and rights. They are very afraid of taking responsibility, and because F cannot understand English (the boss is a foreigner), they make matters worse, causing employees to suffer unfair treatment.

The boss and some senior executives are foreigners, so English communication should be basic at the company.
