I think the company has quite a few great advantages, such as being able to start and finish work on time. This allows me, as a working mother, to take care of my family while earning a stable income. In addition, when my children have unexpected situations at school, the leave policy is very flexible, and colleagues also support and help one another. If the children achieve good grades at school, we can even apply to the company for scholarships. It’s truly a wonderful little perk.
