When I first joined, I found the office atmosphere acceptable, but after two or three days I discovered that people in a certain department loved gossiping, badmouthing others, and forcing new employees out. The supervisor neither dealt with such people nor turned a blind eye, which often left me, as a newcomer to the workplace, feeling emotionally drained and unhappy.
Every day, employees are required to arrive at the company by 8:50 a.m. to chant motivational slogans, which is no different from a direct-selling convention.
Moreover, although the company is clearly making money and expanding its market around the world, it apparently cannot afford to hire a cleaner to clean the office, so employees have to tidy it themselves.
Strangely, the company has assigned employees to take turns on duty, but whether it is ordering boxed lunches, cleaning the environment, ordering stationery, or arranging equipment repairs, the administrative staff handle everything. Simply put, working in administration at Yutuo means taking care of everything under the sun while also having to put up with the frustrations caused by colleagues.

The company says every year that it hasn’t made any money, yet the boss buys houses every year, purchases commercial properties, and then opens new stores.
At the year-end party, they always say they haven’t made any money and won’t hold one.
At the spring banquet, they say they haven’t made any money, but hold it only out of consideration for the employees.
As for the year-end bonus, there’s no need to say more—they still fob employees off with the same excuse: “We haven’t made any money.”
Currently, under the Labor Standards Act, 7 days of work followed by 2 days off, and 14 days of work followed by 4 days off.
The company actually implements this.
Work starts at 10:30 a.m., but supervisors require employees to arrive early to clean the company;
The company’s one-hour lunch and dinner breaks are completely impossible to take, yet two hours of wages are forcibly deducted every day;
Work ends at 10 p.m., but employees are required to clock out between 9:45 and 9:59 p.m., effectively stealing another half hour, with no way to file a complaint;
The boss has a strong, self-centered mindset! A new POP display was made and posted today. When the boss saw it today, they said it looked great, but when they saw the same POP in the same place the next day, they said they were dissatisfied and demanded that it be taken down⋯⋯
The company says it never lays off employees, but transfers them to a more distant store without providing any allowance, simply waiting for them to resign.
