Read the community guidelinesThe inventory is relatively plentiful, and essential oils are available for free.
1. The boss is emotional.
2. Messy and unclean.
3. There are no relevant SOPs; people often have to figure things out on their own.
4. A responsibility-based system is used to cover up the outrageous workload.
5. Miscellaneous tasks that others do not want to do are repeatedly pushed onto others, and eventually handled by new employees.
6. The company has no style of its own.
7. There is no training.

A small company that thinks it is a major brand, with a bad-cop boss and good-cop manager. The three major holidays basically only come with employee-purchase points. It is a family business, and overtime pay cannot be claimed for overtime work or business trips, yet they portray NT$1,500 for a full day of Saturday overtime as an enormous favor. There is no promotion system, and the managers are all useless—you can become a manager simply by sucking up to the right people. The boss lacks common sense and is emotional; everything is done according to their mood. The pay is low, and employees’ hard work is ignored.
Maybe⋯⋯the smell of essential oils is everywhere.
1. The environment is dirty and messy. The office looks like they simply put a few desks in a warehouse and called it an office. The meeting room is also piled high with clutter on all sides. It somewhat overturned my understanding of what an office is.
2. They think they are a famous big brand, but in fact, everything you find online is negative. It is a company living in its own world.
3. During the interview, the two older women repeatedly emphasized that the company is very demanding and that overtime is often required, but they did not dare say whether overtime pay is provided. Another exploitative employer.
4. They give evasive answers to every question. For example: “How many members are there in your XX department?” Answer: “Everyone you see is a member of the XX department. Nowadays, everyone needs to have many skills, so everyone in our company has to do everything.” And so on⋯⋯
5. They need lots of employees with fresh livers who do not care about their salaries!
