Read the community guidelinesColleagues get along well, and supervisors are approachable. There is a 1.5-hour lunch break. Although the employee benefits are not as good as those at large foreign companies, they are much better than those at many Taiwanese companies.
There is room for improvement in interdepartmental communication.
The interview process was okay, there was a one-and-a-half-hour break, and the work environment was good.
Too many old-timers are just coasting until retirement, and the company doesn’t want to improve either. Think twice before joining.

2. Very fast resignation process
1. If you do not work overtime, you will be called in for a talk about not having “teamwork”
2. More than one colleague is unwilling to teach you, very afraid that you will learn and replace them
3. Colleagues gossip every day
4. A legendary colleague requires you not to take notes, but to remember everything by using your brain; they openly say that the supervisor is brainless and that other colleagues are incompetent
5. The way of preparing data is extremely manual, involving a lot of copying and pasting

Overtime pay
Despite being a major French-owned logistics company,
the systems, workflows, and order-taking methods
are completely disorganized.
Simple tasks are made unnecessarily complicated.
Without system support, employees have to manually compile shipping and other data.
Logging in via email and using Excel has made everything a complete mess.
The sales team quotes prices recklessly—the shipping fees barely leave any profit.
They even make the warehouse adjust prices and fabricate reports. What a joke.
Head office and the warehouse are not on the same page.
Even when data is needed, it cannot be obtained, leading to overtime without knowing what the work is even for.
That female coworker is also an idiot.
They insist on keeping this terrible job going for so long.
They hand work over to people without any systematization, so of course they cannot retain employees.
They are constantly recruiting people, exhausting themselves.
I think the supervisor is also completely worn out.
Pathetic.

Position: Warehouse Customer Service Representative
It feels like this company often requires overtime.
The main responsibility of this position is handling a company's warehouse shipping reports. The work is tedious and troublesome, and often requires overtime.
I think someone with strong stress tolerance is needed to handle this job.
Sometimes support is needed for warehouse inventory counts, in the Taoyuan and Linkou area.
