Cons
1. If you do not work overtime, you will be called in for a talk about not having “teamwork”
2. More than one colleague is unwilling to teach you, very afraid that you will learn and replace them
3. Colleagues gossip every day
4. A legendary colleague requires you not to take notes, but to remember everything by using your brain; they openly say that the supervisor is brainless and that other colleagues are incompetent
5. The way of preparing data is extremely manual, involving a lot of copying and pasting
