During the interview, they were very noncommittal. After successfully completing the three-month probationary period, I was still paid the probationary salary. No one took it seriously until I raised the issue myself. Only then did they say that my understanding of the products was insufficient and that the probationary period needed to be extended. I have to ask: was there any detailed product training? There were no complete product lines available to view; I could only look at specification sheets. Is that what they call training? When the three-month extension of the probationary period ended, I proactively requested a meeting, but the salary still could not match what had been discussed during the interview. Only then did the supervisor candidly admit that the company's salary levels could not meet my expectations. Could you have made that clear during the interview? Don't wait until someone has truly committed to the job before making them feel deceived.
The company appears to follow ISO standards and seems to have a well-established system, but in reality, it is just one hurdle after another, making it very difficult for people who genuinely want to get things done to do their work.
