There are many departments, so communication requires considerable effort. Many situations are not apparent during the interview. After being hired, I was once hinted by my manager not to “apply” for overtime. Most importantly, the manager did not explain the special circumstances of this position during the interview. Most of the time in this role is spent on extremely difficult internal “communication,” requiring exceptionally strong psychological resilience and tolerance. I hope this article can serve as a practical reference for job seekers.
Colleagues get along well, and there isn’t the usual atmosphere of rivalry found in many companies. A great workplace.
