The foundation has a set of institutional policies and procedures. If you can stay in the role long term, it is stable work, but a lot depends on whether the manager for the position is easy to communicate with.

There are many departments, so communication requires considerable effort. Many situations are not apparent during the interview. After being hired, I was once hinted by my manager not to “apply” for overtime. Most importantly, the manager did not explain the special circumstances of this position during the interview. Most of the time in this role is spent on extremely difficult internal “communication,” requiring exceptionally strong psychological resilience and tolerance.
