Pros

Free lunch

Cons

You have to exercise every morning, jumping up and shouting, “That’s great!”

It feels just like working in a multi-level marketing insurance business.

Every morning, you have to report on your work progress.

Every task must be clearly listed,

with its start date and completion date.

The only things not listed are eating and going to the bathroom.

If you can’t finish on time, you still have to report it.

The boss’s wife will even personally ask you,

“Have you encountered any difficulties?”

You also have to write a daily work report.

You have to record your own working hours.

For a company with fewer than 100 employees,

there are an enormous number of rules and regulations.

The turnover rate is extremely high.

They are short-staffed all year round.

My advice to anyone considering working there is to think it through carefully.

Oh, and every month you also have to spend money on a company dinner.

It sounds good when they say the company will pay if you achieve the target,

but usually the targets are decided by the boss,

so they are extremely difficult to achieve.

Pros

Free meals.

Cons

The reason meals are free is that the pay is low.

You absolutely should believe the hard-won experiences shared in everyone’s posts.

Don’t be deceived into joining this company.

Don’t stubbornly assume that you’ll be different or that you’ll make it big.

Don’t believe the grand promises made by the manager interviewing you.

Extremely high turnover.

There are plenty of people who never show up again the next day, or who are gone within a month—

so many that it will scare you.

If you’ve worked here before, feel free to leave a comment.

Consider it a public service to humanity, so no one else gets deceived into joining.

Pros

Lunch provided

Cons

Jack Ma once said that employees leave for no more than two reasons: they are not paid enough, or they feel wronged.

Come back and talk about whether employees bring value after you stop playing word games and actually pay salaries properly! You do not want to spend money but still want to imitate others by starting a company and doing business?

Business-trip expenses take more than two months to be reimbursed. The company plays word games with salaries: the raise after the probation period was not implemented as originally agreed, and it was added to allowances rather than the base salary. There are predetermined candidates; favored employees receive bonuses of hundreds of thousands every six months, while others are lucky if they get a few thousand over six months. There are many types of bonuses, but most cannot be received because there is not even a formula or method for calculating them. The amount is entirely decided by the manager, who is also a shareholder, making this an extremely opaque and chaotic place. The people in charge make grand promises but do not keep their word. It is extremely feudalistic. Enter at your own risk. The sales managers who are also shareholders will forcibly take over revenue-generating cases for various reasons, and claim the performance and sales bonuses for themselves, even when they did not develop those cases, resulting in extremely high turnover!

At this company, if you are traveling for work and your transportation day—flying out, flying back, or flying from one country to another to continue your business trip—happens to fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday in Taiwan, sorry, you will not receive a compensatory day off or time off in lieu. The company says that you are traveling (taking a plane, making a connection, etc.), not doing company work or handling business and visiting clients, so it does not count as working hours (even though you are on a business trip—is that not work? They really have some nerve).

The department you should avoid most is Sales, where the bad money seriously drives out the good. To be frank, one particular deputy manager is extremely incompetent, but after aligning with a shareholder, they were promoted...

There is no clear formula explaining how performance bonuses are calculated. It is all decided by the managers and the boss. Even if you developed the case, you may not receive a bonus; instead, it is credited to the manager personally. Everyone who has worked at this company knows this.
