Read the community guidelinesThere really aren’t any, because there are lots of good places to eat nearby, but they aren’t cheap. The only plus is that there’s an hour and a half of break time XD
1. The boss acts like he really understands marketing, but everything he says is just a repeat of something or other that someone has said before.
2. The person in brand marketing is very self-satisfied, but the boss likes her, so being birds of a feather is a necessary condition.
Anyway, both of them are the self-satisfied type—they clearly learned from the same teacher!!
3. Then there’s the boss’s younger brother, who is basically the Cosmic Invincible Impatience Alliance Front. Even after work, he still has to assign all sorts of things in the group chat. I mean, what nighttime logistics company or vendor is even open for business?!
4. There’s too much to list.... The point is, even if you want to leave, it’s definitely related to those three! That’s why the turnover among planners, warehouse staff, assistants, and designers never stops: it’s work where you aren’t respected, so there’s no interest in sticking around!!

The employee turnover rate is extremely high, and there is no sense of cohesion within the company
Unwilling to develop new products; they only tell employees to clear inventory
They have no understanding of marketing whatsoever and only care about saving face
They want to build a brand, yet operate with traditional-industry thinking
They only selectively listen to flattering words and refuse to accept the facts
They refuse to allocate a marketing budget, yet personally burn through the company’s money
They treat employees as replaceable parts—if you don’t perform well, they replace you
There is no overtime pay or compensatory leave for working overtime; employees are expected to be more understanding
At the year-end banquet, employees are even expected to act like clowns in a bunch of contests to entertain them
In short, this is an absolutely terrible company. I sincerely advise against joining

They didn’t even show basic respect during the interview process.
We arranged to meet at 5 p.m., and I arrived at 4:30.
They told me a reporter was coming to interview them and asked me to wait at the 7-Eleven downstairs.
I waited until 5:30, then left.

The boss has an inflated sense of self, and the old products never sell out. There is no design, marketing, e-commerce, or profit. The boss only likes attending social activities and thinks he is very famous. He gets a kick out of being called “senior,” and calling him “senior” gets you a discount.
If he takes a dislike to you, he will fire you—and will even tell you in advance that you are going to be fired.
It is a brand that knowingly keeps burning money despite having no visibility, because he thinks he understands everything best. He wears several hats and is the founder, but he has a poor memory, so he can repeat the same thing more than ten times.
If you explain your theories, he will only keep arguing that you are wrong, without being able to offer any conclusion himself. But if you are patient, highly teachable, very responsible, good at dealing with menopausal elders, and very sweet-talking, then you may be suited to working here!
However, they are very stingy and often impose unpaid leave! They may ask you to leave before you receive your year-end bonus, or give you a year-end bonus that is not even enough to make a red envelope!
