Read the community guidelinesEntry-level staff are just looking for short-term income and may choose this place. The senior managers are paid fairly well; as long as you have excellent communication skills, you can stay a little longer than others (though all of these people have since resigned). The head office environment is fairly good, there is a transportation allowance, and occasionally the boss treats everyone to lunch.
A company with high turnover. The boss appears to be a very nice person, but privately speaks disparagingly about former employees who have resigned. He is extremely emotional—saying one thing today and another tomorrow—and the managers seem to be used to him being this way, although they actually cannot stand it. The company has a habit of firing a large number of employees before the Lunar New Year year-end bonuses, using all kinds of reasons to dismiss them. So unless you are especially favored by the boss or have not offended him, you will not make it to the year-end bonus.
The company's most senior employees are the boss's relatives, the two brothers surnamed Shen. The accounting and administrative assistant is very superficial and distant, but is actually a fairly nice person. However, it is inadvisable to tell her too much, as she will definitely report it to the boss privately.
Many managers are replaced every year. The boss is accustomed to offering high salaries to poach people from vendors and clients, but these people in fact leave after working for only a few months.
Apart from accounting, the person who has worked there the longest is the young engineering manager who is favored by the boss.
If you visit the company in a subsequent year, many of the previous employees will no longer be there.
Flexibility
The turnover rate is extremely high. The systems are inadequate, and the rules and regulations keep changing. The environment is extremely gossipy; regardless of rank, what is said today can be heard from someone else tomorrow.
The only person you can trust is the accountant, but even she is leaving...
I recommend that only people who can accept changing colleagues every few days come for an interview. Think carefully!
