There are no benefits.
The workday is around 11 hours, not including the additional hour given to the company (the store opens at 11:30, but because there isn’t enough time, you have to arrive early; after getting off work at 22:30, you still have to settle the accounts and organize the cakes).
You can only schedule two days off per month. Due to understaffing, you are also required to work overtime unconditionally, resulting in more than 50 hours of overtime per month.
During major periods, you just have to wait to be humiliated by the boss.
Anything the boss doesn’t like can be criticized.
Store staff also have to handle accounting, but not a penny of the promised bonus was paid.

You have no choice but to ask relatives and friends to come and buy.
After submitting the orders, you still didn’t receive a single penny of the year-end bonus.

One supervisor is quite lecherous and wants to make advances on every attractive young woman. He does not even let those who have boyfriends off the hook, and several incidents became very ugly.
Another supervisor is a relative of the boss. He is extremely aggressive, emotionally uncontrollable, and domineering. I recommend not provoking him. I saw many people being berated in extremely offensive terms and then immediately forced out.
(Since I left quite some time ago, I am not sure whether these two supervisors are still in their positions.)
