The colleagues are generally easy to get along with.
There are no benefits.
The workday is around 11 hours, not including the additional hour given to the company (the store opens at 11:30, but because there isn’t enough time, you have to arrive early; after getting off work at 22:30, you still have to settle the accounts and organize the cakes).
You can only schedule two days off per month. Due to understaffing, you are also required to work overtime unconditionally, resulting in more than 50 hours of overtime per month.
During major periods, you just have to wait to be humiliated by the boss.
Anything the boss doesn’t like can be criticized.
Store staff also have to handle accounting, but not a penny of the promised bonus was paid.
They make empty promises and threaten employees with the year-end bonus every time.
Each store has to submit a certain number of xxx orders.
Otherwise, you won’t receive a single penny of the year-end bonus.
You have no choice but to ask relatives and friends to come and buy.
After submitting the orders, you still didn’t receive a single penny of the year-end bonus.
