The boss emphasizes that they are very willing to teach and that any questions can be brought up for discussion, yet they will not listen to your opinions and constantly nitpick. They are very good at finding fault, extremely confident in the company and themselves, yet unable to produce any noteworthy results.
The HR staff were very nice.
