Pros
The HR staff were very nice.
Cons
The boss did not show much respect for applicants and made some inappropriate remarks. He frequently interrupted during the interview and did not listen much to others’ opinions. He was very confident in his own company, but could not explain what made the company competitive.
He emphasized that the company’s business offered high commissions and used this as a reason to cut the salary.
