The job opening keeps changing back and forth—is this just a ploy to collect people's résumé information and mess with them?
The interview reception was very courteous.
Applied for the position of Equipment Assembly Technician:
They proactively sent a notification through the 1111 job site asking whether I was interested in attending an interview. I replied that day that I was interested and asked when would be convenient to come in for an interview, but then there was no further response. The following week, I proactively sent a message asking whether the prospective employer had “simply sent the invitation casually.” Within 30 minutes, I received a phone call reply saying, “The reason we didn’t respond earlier was that the supervisor was busy,” and they scheduled an interview for the next day through the job site.
They also sent another interview notification (which felt somewhat like they were messing with me), but, maintaining the humble attitude of a job seeker, I still went to the interview.
The job description contradicted what was said during the interview.
The job description on the 1111 job site clearly stated that no assignments away from the office were required, yet during the actual interview they said that I needed to be able to cooperate with the company on overseas business trips lasting several months?
I have experience in long-term assembly work and come from a factory operations background. The position was advertised as open to applicants without experience, yet during the actual interview they emphasized that my previous experience was completely unsuitable and that I would need to cooperate with their training. I just want to ask: if I was so unsuitable, why did they invite me to an interview after reviewing my work experience and résumé on the job site?
They asked when I could start at the earliest (I answered within 1–3 days), but then told me to go home and wait up to two weeks to find out whether I would be hired??
If I was unsuitable, they could simply have said so. That would have saved everyone unnecessary time.

During the interview, they will ask about your vision for, alignment with, and expectations of the company, or what strengths led you to choose this company. They will ask about the reason you left your previous job and what achievements you hope to obtain in this position. When asked about expected salary,
I explained that I wanted to follow the salary levels listed on 1111 and 104 (approximately NT$26K–28K). The interviewer believed that there are many factory employees with more skills and strengths than the interviewee, so the amount is not determined by what the interviewee proposes; it will still follow company regulations (P.S.: Simply put, they don’t want to pay, can’t afford to pay, and want to hire a lion with a banana!). They also mentioned lies commonly heard during interviews: there are many grand promises, but they dare not put guarantees and written terms in black and white.
