Pros

The group has plenty of money

Cons

A female department manager at headquarters has extremely poor emotional control

Takes credit for achievements, but becomes a blame-shifter when problems arise

Constantly boasts about how successful she was in mainland China

No idea why she came back to Taiwan?

Probably came back to Taiwan to enjoy the labor and health insurance benefits after reaching a certain age

And, while at it, uses underhanded tactics to drive the department’s talent away

Definitely a cancer on the organization

Pros

Haven't thought of any yet

Cons

Kang Hsuan affiliated company; it doesn't really value employee rights. Compared with whether someone is talented, it cares more about whether they know how to curry favor with their supervisor.

Pros

The educational philosophy of Takuto Japan’s headquarters is very good.

Cons

1. A company with an excessive amount of red tape and extremely poor efficiency; it loves holding meetings for the sake of appearances.

2. It is not even a particularly large company and does not have many employees, yet it is full of cliques.

3. Almost all of the managers love shifting blame and avoiding responsibility. They do not act the way managers should, especially the emotional female managers.

4. A very conservative and old-fashioned company, not suitable for creative people to stay at for long.

5. Customer relations are already very poor, and on top of that, headquarters shows no intention of improving them.

Pros

None

Cons

I don’t know whether the supervisor at the Guting branch has changed.

The manager was a middle-aged man. During the interview, he still had food stuck in his teeth, and he used the applicant’s résumé to humiliate them from beginning to end.

He jokingly said to master all three years’ worth of junior high school material before applying again.

Does anyone in the world really teach junior high school math and require someone to master all three years of junior high school material first?

It was fucking outrageous. He took my résumé, and I don’t know what he wanted to do with it.

I heard from another friend that at the other branch they went to, they only spend one hour preparing before each lesson.

Pros

The pay starts at 120 per hour, and each class is approximately 1.5 hours. The handouts consist of purchasing a commercially available workbook for all students to photocopy and use together, yet parents are still charged a 200-per-month handout fee. The pay is low; you might as well find your own cases and take on private tutoring.
