The whole process was inexplicable. They sent me an interview invitation, and after I scheduled a time and was waiting, they suddenly notified me by text at “8 p.m.” the night before the interview that it had been canceled, claiming they had already found a candidate! But I found it baffling. I had called to ask about it earlier that day—why didn’t they tell me then?
Extremely rude. And this is supposedly an online brand? What a joke! Absolutely terrible.
They had clearly said that this position had only just been opened that week, yet they suddenly claimed they had already found someone before even interviewing anyone else?
This is incredibly disrespectful to everyone who scheduled an interview. They clearly don’t treat other people like human beings.
The interviewer had carefully reviewed my résumé and experience beforehand.
The elevator in the old building was a little scary.
