Pros
The interviewer had carefully reviewed my résumé and experience beforehand.
Cons
The elevator in the old building was a little scary.
There is no overtime pay under the responsibility-based work system.
You may have to work overtime until 8–9 p.m.
They cannot guarantee what time you will get off work.
I applied for a non-assistant position but was told I would have to start at an assistant’s salary.
A waste of time.
