Pros

None

Cons

1. The senior management is very incompetent and does not know how to make good use of people. The company seems to be getting worse and worse.

2. There is no sense of unity among the employees within the company.

3. A company that is always exploiting loopholes in the law.

4. The senior management holds grudges and will do everything possible to drive out employees they dislike.

5. This company: glamorous on the outside, but incredibly ugly on the inside.

6. I advise anyone considering interviewing at Yuanle to abandon the idea. This is a company with no future, whether in terms of its direction of development or its company policies.

7. There are no benefits whatsoever; instead, the company seems to love looking for opportunities to deduct from employees’ salaries.

Pros

The colleagues at the grassroots level are easy to get along with.

Cons

1. Overtime is the norm. The scheduled hours are 8:30–17:30, but leaving at 6:00 is considered lucky. There have been colleagues who worked overtime until midnight.

2. There are unexpected situations every day, especially shortly before the end of the workday. They do whatever comes to mind, and if the finished product is unsatisfactory, they blame the employees for not doing their jobs properly.

3. Work assignments are often unclear, causing various departments below to frequently do pointless work. Alternatively, when they are upset after being reprimanded, they take out their anger on subordinates.

4. They are often out of touch with the situation. They forget the discounts they set themselves and then question the employees about them.

5. They scold people before clarifying the situation, blame employees without listening to their explanations, and then act as though nothing happened even after the truth comes to light.

6. They do not respect employees’ wishes, arbitrarily transfer employees to different departments without explaining why, and simply order them to switch.

They also arbitrarily change employees’ responsibilities, forcing them to take on the work regardless of whether they agree.

7. There was an instance when, in front of many employees, they threatened Employee A to resign voluntarily or they would fire Employee B.

Pros

Employee purchase discounts

Cons

Cons

1. The general manager actually has no real authority. It would be more accurate to say he is the owner's puppet, and he says bad things about Employee B to Employee A. He also keeps telling employees that he is about to die and is very tired.

2. He seems to have forgotten that he started out as a pastry chef. Raw material prices have skyrocketed, yet he still demands cost reductions.

3. The owner is a wish-granting machine for his son. He set up a company for him and then used resources from Paipai Enterprise to help his son with everything, including the fan page.

4. There is an extremely frightening sense of aesthetics and head-scratching marketing strategy—for example, the logo is nowhere to be seen at events.

5. No year-end bonus, no bonuses, and no company trips.

6. Employees sent to support a mother-and-child expo are not provided with meal allowances or boxed lunches.

7. Official hours are 8:30–17:30, but they will tell you that you cannot leave too early, so 6:00 p.m. is the baseline for clocking out.

8. Act as the owner's son's nanny.

9. They carry out improper layoffs without providing severance pay, forcing employees to sign voluntary resignation forms.

Pros

Interviewed for a marketing planning position

The first-round interview was with the department's vice president, and the interview went very smoothly.

When we discussed salary, the vice president also said it was OK.

But later, the rejection email still cited salary as the reason.

If a vice president can't decide the salary for the people under them, they probably don't have much decision-making authority either.
