Employee purchase discounts
Cons
1. The general manager actually has no real authority. It would be more accurate to say he is the owner's puppet, and he says bad things about Employee B to Employee A. He also keeps telling employees that he is about to die and is very tired.
2. He seems to have forgotten that he started out as a pastry chef. Raw material prices have skyrocketed, yet he still demands cost reductions.
3. The owner is a wish-granting machine for his son. He set up a company for him and then used resources from Paipai Enterprise to help his son with everything, including the fan page.
4. There is an extremely frightening sense of aesthetics and head-scratching marketing strategy—for example, the logo is nowhere to be seen at events.
5. No year-end bonus, no bonuses, and no company trips.
6. Employees sent to support a mother-and-child expo are not provided with meal allowances or boxed lunches.
7. Official hours are 8:30–17:30, but they will tell you that you cannot leave too early, so 6:00 p.m. is the baseline for clocking out.
8. Act as the owner's son's nanny.
9. They carry out improper layoffs without providing severance pay, forcing employees to sign voluntary resignation forms.
